Raised in Spokane Jack attended Our Lady of Fatima elementary, Gonzaga Prep and graduated from Ferris High School in 1973. Jack obtained his Real Estate Salesperson's license within 2 weeks of his 18th birthday, and his Brokers license in 1977.

Mr. Kestell's Real Estate training, however, began when he was a child growing up going with his dad to the office on Saturdays. Jack's Dad's Real Estate Career began in the 1940's and he retired in the early 1980's. In 1981 Jack purchased Kestell Co.

Over the past 35+ years he has been involved in nearly every aspect of the Real Estate Industry including:

Notable Accomplishments:

Assisted Condron Homes on the acquisition of 110 acres in NE Spokane that was developed into a 455 lot subdivision. The 'Bluegrass' development was marketed by Kestell Co. and sold out over an approximate 10 year period resulting in over $70,000,000 in sales.

Assisted in the acquisition of 70 acres on Day Mt Spokane Rd that was developed into a 120 lot subdivision. The 'Brighton Place' development was marketed by Kestell Co. and sold out over an approximate 8 year period resulting in over $21,000,000 in sales.

Development and partnership management of a 22,000 square foot medical / dental professional office building. Mr. Kestell managed construction of the '2700 Southeast Blvd' and has been responsible for preparation of leases and ongoing management of the facility.

Zone change of 100,000 Square feet of land at '57th and Palouse Hwy' from low density residential to Community Commercial.

Assisted in the Acquisition of 60 acres on the West Plains. The 'Sekani at Crosspointe' development consists of 250 lots for single family homes. The project is 50% complete. Kestell Co. has been involved since acquisition and is responsible for marketing of the project.

Involved in the development of the 'Highland Estates' project in the Spokane Valley. Kestell Co. has been marketing the project which is expected to exceed 500 units. To date approximately 200 homes exist in the neighborhood.

Since the early 1990's, Mr. Kestell has consistently been one of the TOP 15 SALES VOLUME PRODUCERS within the Spokane Multiple Listing Service.
